Welcome to Sportsnut. The Service is operated by Expertland LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Sportsnut", "we", "us"). By accessing or using sportsnut.live (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Sportsnut is a chat AI that talks sports in a distinct, high-energy sports-talk voice. Replies are generated by third-party large language models. Sportsnut is not a real person, not a licensed sports professional, and not a source of betting advice.

Affiliate disclosure

Sportsnut is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, Sportsnut earns from qualifying purchases. Product mentions in replies that link to Amazon are marked sponsored; the price you pay is the same whether or not you use our link. We never recommend a product solely because it can be affiliate-linked — the recommendation logic runs first, and the link is layered on after the fact when a match exists.

Content generated by Sportsnut is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied on as, betting, financial, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Sportsnut does not require an account — you use it anonymously. We do not store your chats or maintain user profiles.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, safety filters, or security controls.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs in bulk.
• Use the Service to make decisions in regulated areas (medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, credit) without independent qualified review.

We may block access for misuse.

Content

Messages you send are processed by third-party AI providers to generate replies. We do not retain chat history. AI-generated replies are provided to you for your personal use; we make no ownership or originality guarantees about generated text.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Expertland LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD 50, except where applicable law (including mandatory consumer protection laws) prohibits such a cap.

Export controls and sanctions

You may not access or use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on any U.S. government restricted-party list. You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
